Katharine's Uptown Queen Anne home started as four multifamily unit residence that had suffered years of disrepair. She approached her own home renovation as she does all her interior design projects. First, Katharine identified her family’s wants, needs, and vision for the home. She then worked with local architects and an in-house construction crew to devise a pre-construction building plan. She simultaneously developed an interior design scheme for every room with the goal of restoring the symmetry and modernizing this once great historic home to its former grandeur.
