Blending neoclassical elegance with modern functionality, our design team worked with the homeowners, and their six month time line, to fill this historically significant Uptown home with a colorful mix of transitional and traditional furnishings.

This dining room is a sophisticated blend of classical elegance and serene refinement, conveying a sense of formality while maintaining a soft, welcoming atmosphere.

• Wall Mural: A grayscale scenic mural wraps around the room, depicting classical landscapes with trees, water features, and architectural elements. It adds timeless elegance and a sense of depth without being overwhelming.

• Chandelier: The ornate, gold-accented chandelier with cascading crystals is the focal point, reinforcing the traditional luxury of the space.

• Furniture: The dining table is an elegant oval with a dark polished finish with subtle gilt banding around the edge. The chairs feature a painted wood frame with upholstered seats and backs in a muted blue-green velvet, adding softness and comfort.

• Window Treatment: Floor-to-ceiling draperies in a pale gray frame the tall windows, with patterned trim that echoes the mural’s tone and enhances verticality.

With attention to symmetry, scale and texture, this living room is a refined blend of traditional elegance and contemporaray elements. Upholstery and in soft neutrals with accents of pale green create a serene backdrop while touches of gold in the mirror, chandelier and coffee table add a hint traditional glamour.

This hallway embodies traditional European elegance with hints of Southern charm. The blend of antique furniture, classical millwork and curated decorative objects creates a welcoming yet formal first impression.

This sitting room strikes a graceful balance between classical elegance and modern freshness. Grounded in soft, cool hues, this primarily pale blue and white space has fresh accents of spring green and touches of gold and natural wood to create a soothing and balance environment. Two symmetrical, light blue upholstered sofas with tailored silhouettes face each other, encouraging conversation. They are adorned with a mix of green and patterned throw pillows for a soft, layered look. A glossy, pastel green coffee table sits centrally between the sofas. It hosts decorative glass bowls, stacked books (including Cairo Eternal), and tall glass candlesticks—adding sculptural interest.

To the right of the fireplace, the chest with gilt inlay holds a pastel abstract painting, fresh flowers, and a white marble table lamp—infusing soft color and texture. A traditional white bust sculpture on the mantel complements the classical tone. Tall windows with pale blue, floor-length drapes framed with trim bring in generous natural light, further brightening the room and enhancing the ceiling height.

This family room is a vibrant, eclectic mix of traditional architecture and lively, layered decor. A harmonious blend of pastels and patterns dominate the room. Soft blues, lavenders, blush pinks, and neutral tones are accented with gold, leopard print, and rich wood finishes, striking a playful yet sophisticated balance.

Above the sofa, a striking gallery-style art arrangement features a large abstract canvas surrounded by minimalist framed pieces, all in gold frames. This structured layout adds modernity and visual rhythm.

A glamorous bar area is defined by a wall of gold antiqued mirror, which reflects light and adds a luxurious tone. Bar stools upholstered in a bold leopard print provide a surprising and playful counterpoint to the softer palette elsewhere. This family room masterfully merges elegance with personality. It feels luxurious yet lived-in, with a strong sense of style that balances classical architecture and spirited modern furnishings. The result is a room that’s both beautiful and functional—a perfect setting for entertaining or relaxing with family.

This powder room is a bold, dramatic jewel box of a space—small in scale but big on personality and visual impact. The standout element is the vibrant, iconic Scalamandré “Zebras” wallpaper in a rich red-orange hue. The stunning antique Louis-style chest of drawers repurposed as a vanity contrasts beautifully with the modernity of the wallpaper. This powder room is a confident, eclectic mix of classic and kitsch, luxury and fun - a space where guests are meant to be surprised and delighted.
